The liner plate is an important easy damaged spares for impact crusher. After the liner plates worn out, often causes the liner plate to be shot down, and it also causes the sealing performance of the crusher to decrease and produce larger dust. Need open shelves, remove cotter pin, the fixing impact plate slotted nuts, bolts, then replace the old parts. If you need install a new liner plate, reverse the procedure.
